We actively monitor national and international regulations, adapting updates to our quality processes within targeted timeframes, in line with established plans. We regularly determine quality priorities and follow up on necessary actions to maintain our standards. To ensure all relevant employees are informed about quality issues requiring improvement and action, we integrate corrective and preventative actions through organized meetings. We plan regular training sessions to raise awareness about quality, food safety, occupational health and safety, environmental policies, and energy management, enhancing our employees' knowledge and skills.

Our quality perspective is grounded in meeting customer expectations by delivering products on time and in the desired quality. In the event of customer complaints, we examine each issue objectively and carefully, analyze the root cause using lean production techniques, and ensure actions are taken within the specified timeframes. When necessary, we make customer visits to develop proactive solutions based on our analyses.

We regularly identify areas for improvement through Customer Satisfaction Surveys that monitor customer expectations, developing plans for the year. While we strive to raise the quality standards of our material suppliers, who are the first link in the process of manufacturing quality products, we also expect them to improve their productivity. As part of our supplier evaluation processes, we conduct supplier visits, hold interviews, and issue reports using traceable, active, and effective methods.

We measure all outputs to ensure customer satisfaction and take actions accordingly.
