For the Employees
Our employees, who aim to add value to our business, position and develop themselves, manage their career goals in collaboration with their managers, supported by our human resources management.

Our managers are responsible for coaching new employees in their unit and instilling Polipa's values in them. The coaching system is structured by the human resources department within the framework of the mentor-mentee relationship. With the increasing involvement of Generation Z in the business world, we view this coaching system as a platform for sharing life and business experiences to enhance understanding and communication among our employees. We believe this approach will both increase employee motivation and strengthen their loyalty to our organization.

Performance Evaluation
We follow a performance management policy that fosters the development and performance of our employees. Within the scope of the annual performance evaluation follow-up system (KPI), which forms the foundation of our Human Resources strategy, we set management objectives related to employees' annual individual goals and competence criteria according to their job descriptions. Based on the performance evaluation results, we prepare the employee's training and development plan.

Promotion procedures, career-related decisions, and the wage or reward system are determined by considering performance evaluation results. We reward top performers and provide correct and constructive feedback to those whose performance falls below expectations, supporting their improvement.

Salary and Wage Management
In line with the principle of equality, we do not discriminate in terms of wages and benefits for employees performing similar jobs. We determine wages by evaluating job positions according to their contribution levels to the business, irrespective of the individuals, and adjust these wages in line with market conditions. Maintaining a competitive, fair, and consistent wage and benefits model is essential for our organization.
